ACCOMMODATION

The Conference Secretariat has reserved accommodation for delegates at four city centre hotels all situated within walking distance of Waterfront Hall. The Hilton Hotel Belfast is a luxury hotel situated adjacent to the Waterfront Hall overlooking the River Lagan. The Europa Hotel is a 4 star hotel located in the heart of Belfast within close proximity to Waterfront Hall. The guest rooms are equipped with an international direct dial telephone, remote control television, tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and hairdryer. There is WiFi internet access throughout the hotel. There is a multi-storey car park behind the hotel which guests can use for a daily charge.

DAYS HOTEL, BELFAST (3 star AA & RAC rating)

The Days Hotel is a 3 star hotel located off Great Victoria Street – an area known as the "Golden Mile" due to the choice of entertainment, bars and restaurant. ACCOMMODATION COSTS - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds for cancelled accommodation will be given, minus an administrative fee of £25.00, only if the Conference Secretariat can resell the bedrooms and provided that written notice is received.  Changes to accommodation requirements should be directed to the Conference Secretariat, not the hotel.
