REGISTRATION & PAYMENT The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, conference materials, lunch/teas/coffees. A discounted registration rate is offered to members of the BMFMS and early bird rates are also available on or before 31st March 2010. HOW TO REGISTER Delegates can register ON-LINE for the conference, using a secure credit/debit card payment site. Please click here to register on-line. REGISTRATION PAYMENT INFORMATION • This conference is being organised by Hampton Medical Conferences Ltd. on behalf of the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society • Cheques should be made payable to ‘Hampton Medical Conferences re: BMFMS’ • Card payments can be made by credit card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express, or debit card: Visa Delta or Maestro. • Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by American Express on-line. • All on-line card payments (both credit and debit cards) are subject to an additional charge of 2.95%. • For hard copy registration forms the additional 2.95% charge only applies to credit not debit cards. • Card payments cannot be taken by telephone as written authorisation is required. CONFIRMATION Delegates will be sent written confirmation of their place together with a receipt for payment of their registration fee and conference dinner ticket (if applicable). Further conference information including directional maps, will be available on the conference website two weeks prior to the start of the conference. If hotel accommodation has been booked we will also provide written confirmation of the booking and an acknowledgement that payment has been received. We will forward this payment onto the hotel of your choice. REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Please note that named substitutions can be made at any time. Payment of registration and social event refunds due will be made by the Secretariat after the conference. Registration and social event cancellations received in writing will be refunded at the following rates: On or before 31st March 2010 50% of registration fee refunded Between 1st April 2010 – 4th May 2010 25% of registration fee refunded After 5th May 2010 We regret no refund can be made CPD ACCREDITATION This meeting may be deemed suitable for your Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Continuing Professional Development Programme (CPD). All participants will be issued with certificates of attendance. |
